Park Rose pays homage to the Rose Hill neighborhood that was once a historic garden and expansive estate located where Hotel Park Ave now resides. With floor to ceiling windows allowing for abundant natural light, Park Rose offers modern Italian American fare including handmade pastas, fire-grilled pizzas and vibrant plates designed for sharing.

Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, a milestone celebration, or an intimate social event, the versatile space at Park Rose can accommodate 175 for a standing reception. For smaller events, Park Rose offers a private wine room, ideal for up to 12 attendees with privacy glass.

Hidden just beyond an unassuming orange door, Seed Library NYC is an award-winning cocktail bar from Mr. Lyan offering simple, naturally led cocktails, beer, wine and spirits that are ingredient-driven and inspired by global Lyan classics. Small bites include dips, crudité, pickle plates and everyone’s favorite, warm chocolate chip cookies.

Available for private and semi-private events, Seed Library can accommodate up to 150 guests, reception style.
