Is breakfast included in my stay?
Daily breakfast is included as part of our hotel fee. Each morning we'll deliver a delicious Pret a Manager breakfast bag (or bags) to your room. This includes a Blueberry & Granola Yogurt Pot, Orange Juice, and a banana.
What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in at Hotel Park Ave is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.
Is there an option for early check-in?
Yes, we try to accommodate this where possible. Please contact hello@hotelparkave.com to arrange and please note a fee may apply.
Is there an option for late check-out?
We offer late check-out at a rate of $50 per hour until 4pm, after this we apply a full day rate. Please speak to the front desk team to arrange late check-out.
Do you offer room service?
While we don’t currently offer room service, our team have plenty of local recommendations to either dine-in or for delivery. The majority of major food delivery Apps and services also deliver directly to the hotel.
Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Are you able to provide baby cribs?
Yes, we can provide cribs. Please let us know in advance of your stay so we can have these waiting in your room.
Do you have parking?
We offer overnight valet parking at a rate of $75 plus tax for sedans and $85 plus tax for SUVs. We are unable to provide an in and out service.
Are you a dog friendly hotel?
Yes indeed, we love dogs. We charge a non-refundable deposit, please let us know in advance should you wish to bring your dog so we can be ready to welcome them.
Do you have a gym?
While we don’t have a gym at the hotel, we have a partnership with the New York Sports Club. Please chat to our front desk team who can direct you to the nearest branch.
What is the nearest subway station?
Our nearest station is the 6 line at 33rd street.
What is included in the hotel fee?
Our hotel fee includes a complimentary breakfast delivered to your room daily in partnership with Pret A Manger, use of our terrace and lounge throughout the day, Wi-Fi and access to the New York Sports Club.
Is there a hotel loyalty program?
Yes, Hotel Park Ave is part of ‘Lore DISCOVERY’, the hotel loyalty and rewards program from Lore Group.
